Als Health & Safety Advisor te Agristo Wielsbeke bouw mee aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur binnen Agristo. Je spoort afwijkingen op vlak van Health & Safety op, analyseert en pakt ze aan. Daarnaast breng je H&S-processen in kaart, ontwikkel en coördineer je verbeterprojecten op de site, met als doel de gezondheid en veiligheid continu te optimaliseren en te voldoen aan huidige en toekomstige normen. Je hebt een bachelor, Preventieadviseur niveau 2 en wilt verder groeien binnen HSE en veiligheidscultuur. Analyse & optimalisatie

  • Je analyseert H&S-processen via KPI’s, data en metingen.
  • Je detecteert verbeterkansen en implementeert standaardisaties op basis van risico- en _oot cause analyses.

Actieplannen & beleid

  • Je vertaalt prioriteiten naar concrete actieplannen en volgt deze actief op.
  • Je werkt mee aan het dynamisch risicobeheerssysteem, het jaaractieplan en de H&S roadmap.

Inspecties, incidenten & advies

  • Je voert inspecties uit en stelt maatregelen voor om risico’s te beperken.
  • Je onderzoekt arbeidsongevallen en bepaalt verbeteracties met stakeholders.
  • Je adviseert collega’s over veiligheidsnormen en regelgeving.

Projecten, samenwerking & cultuur

  • Je werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten en bewaakt timing, budget en kwaliteit.
  • Je bouwt sterke samenwerkingen op binnen de organisatie.
  • Je sensibiliseert medewerkers en versterkt de veiligheidscultuur.
  • Je volgt evoluties binnen H&S en vertaalt deze naar verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor diploma.
  • Je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur niveau 2.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende teams.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en behoudt overzicht.
