Algemeen profiel

Als Heftruckchauffeur maak je deel uit van een toegewezen productieteam en rapporteer je aan de Plant Warehouse Supervisor. In deze functie draag je bij aan het succes van Ball door de werkingsprincipes van alle toegewezen apparatuur en de standaard werkprocedures (SOP's) binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgebied strikt na te leven.

Je bedient heftrucks op een veilige en efficiënte manier voor het lossen, verplaatsen en laden van grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten. Zo ondersteun je de productie van kwalitatieve en oneindig recycleerbare aluminium verpakkingen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Besturen van een heftruck en coördineren van de verplaatsing van grondstoffen, schroot, afgewerkte producten, verpakkingsmaterialen, chemicaliën en andere benodigdheden.
  • Controleren van de magazijn- en productieplanning om de werkzaamheden voor verzending en ontvangst van goederen te bepalen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en documentatie van afgewerkte producten voor verzending.
  • Klaarzetten en laden van afgewerkte producten en materialen volgens de magazijn- en productieplanning.
  • Coördineren van de verwerking van schrootmaterialen in bakken en hoppers, inclusief het bundelen, opslaan en laden van materialen op vrachtwagens wanneer nodig.

Kwalificaties en ervaring

  • Ervaring met het besturen van een heftruck is een vereiste.
  • Ervaring in een magazijn- of logistieke omgeving.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • In staat om een erkende heftrucktest succesvol af te leggen.
