Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, gerne auch in einer bestehenden oder zukünftigen Ausbildung (mit der Möglichkeit eines Ausbildungsvertrages durch den Dienstgeber)

Wertschätzender Umgang mit älteren und beeinträchtigten Menschen

Gute Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit

Einsatzbereitschaft, Stressresistenz, Flexibilität und Motivation

Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung und Einnahme von Mahlzeiten

Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung einschließlich der Unterstützung bei der Einnahme und Anwendung von Arzneimitteln

Beobachtung des Allgemeinzustandes unserer Bewohner*Innen und rechtzeitiges Einschreiten durch Hinzuziehen weiterer Pflegeberufsgruppen

Tag- und vereinzelte Wochenenddienste
