The posting

Das inmitten eines großen Gartens gelegene FraDomo Gallspach bietet neben Kurz-und Langzeitpflegeplätzen zahlreiche Therapieangebote. Durch das lebensweltorientierte Wohnen verfolgen wir im FraDomo Gallspach das Ziel, den 87 Bewohner:innen ein möglichst autonom geführtes und alltagsnahes Leben zu ermöglichen. Die professionelle Pflege sowie die individuelle Begleitung der Bewohner:innen sind für uns von besonderer Bedeutung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams freuen wir uns auf eine/einen Heimhelfer:in oder auf jemanden der/die dazu bereit ist, die Ausbildung zu absolvieren. 1 Heimhelfer/in Ihre Aufgaben

* alltagsnahe und lebensweltorientierte Begleitung der Bewohner:innen

* Schaffung einer vertrauten Wohnatmosphäre

* Mitgestaltung von innovativen und modernen Wohn- und Begleitungskonzepten

* hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten

Wir erwarten von Ihnen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Heimhilfe (gemäß § 13 Oö. Sozialberufegesetz) oder die Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung der Heimhilfe Ausbildung

* Intention die individuellen Ressourcen der Bewohner:innen für einen sinngebenden und motivierenden Alltag zu fördern

* Freunde an hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten

* Wir freuen uns über Bewerber:innen, die sich mit ihren Ideen und ihrem Können in unseren Betrieb einbringen, um eine optimale Versorgung der Bewohner:innen sicherzustellen

Wir bieten

ein jährliches Bruttogehalt bei 40 Wochenstunden ab € 37.012,40 (abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten) zzgl. € 2.000,00 Pflegebonus jährlich, zzgl. variabler Zulagen (Entlohnungsangabe bezieht sich auf eine abgeschlossene Heimhilfe Ausbildung)
