Für die Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine_n Heimhelfer_in mit Herz, Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen im Alter. 1 Heimhelfer_in in der mobilen Altenarbeit Deine Aufgaben

* Unterstützung bei der Haushaltsführung (z. B. Einkäufe, Wäschepflege, kl. Reinigungsarbeiten)

* Hilfestellung bei Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens

* Förderung und Erhalt der Selbstständigkeit

* Begleitung bei Besorgungen, Spaziergänge

* Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen

* Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg_innen aus Pflege und Betreuung

Dein Profil

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heimhelfer_in

* Führerschein und eigenes Auto

* Freude am Umgang mit älteren und unterstützungsbedürftigen Menschen

* Wertschätzende, empathische und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Bezahlung lt. Kollektivvertrag Diakonie; Mindestgehalt brutto € 2.647,80 bei Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden), Mehrzahlung je nach Vordienst- & Ausbildungszeiten
