In deze functies vervul je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijkse leven van onze cliënten. Het leuke aan deze functie is dat je kan gaan werken op een reguliere afdeling, onze afdeling somatiek, maar ook op een leerlingenafdeling. Als je het leuk vindt om leerlingen te begeleiden, maar je hebt nog niet het diploma Werkbegeleider, dan kan je deze alsnog bij ons behalen. Het contact met de ouderen maakt jouw functie zo mooi, want je bent een belangrijke factor in hun leven. Naast de dagelijkse hulp en een luisterend oor, hou je ook veranderingen bij van jouw cliënt. Zo kun je op tijd specialistische hulp inschakelen. Dit ga je doen Met jouw warme persoonlijkheid bied jij ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse activiteiten. Wanneer jij Helpende Plus bent, help je onze cliënt bij ADL (algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen). Denk hierbij aan het wassen en aankleden, het eten en drinken en het in bed helpen.
