Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Jouw nieuwe baan Als Helpende op de afdeling Geriatrische Revalidatiezorg (GRZ) help je revalidanten bij hun herstel. Je ondersteunt bij de algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (ADL), zoals wassen, aankleden en eten. Je moedigt hen aan om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een veilige en fijne omgeving. Zo werken revalidanten stap voor stap aan hun zelfstandigheid. Je werkt op een afdeling met 50 bedden, verdeeld over twee units. Hier verblijven revalidanten met verschillende aandoeningen en achtergronden. Iedere revalidant heeft een persoonlijk plan met doelen. Dit plan wordt bij de opname gemaakt. Tijdens het verblijf bespreek je dit samen met het team en pas je het aan als dat nodig is. Je werkt samen met een team van verschillende zorgverleners. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de revalidant veilig terug kan naar hun eigen woonomgeving. In januari 2027 verhuist onze afdeling Geriatrische Revalidatie (GRZ) van het ziekenhuis naar een zorgcentrum (Glana), waar we een centrum voor herstelgerichte zorg gaan oprichten. Een bijzondere stap: vertrouwde, specialistische revalidatiezorg in een nieuwe omgeving. We zoeken collega's die niet alleen ons team willen versterken, maar die ook mee willen denken, mee willen bouwen en mee vorm willen geven aan deze nieuwe afdeling. De komende periode bereiden we ons samen voor op de verhuizing. Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat cliënten zich welkom voel...
