Over de functie Als Helpende (Plus) op de afdeling PG van onze locatie De Hulstkampen in Nieuwleusen ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten en bied je zorg in een vertrouwde en veilige omgeving. Jij helpt bewoners structuur en aandacht te ervaren, en draagt bij aan hun welzijn en comfort. Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen bij ADL-activiteiten zoals wassen, aankleden, eten en drinken. - Observeren en signaleren van veranderingen in gedrag of gezondheid en dit rapporteren aan collega's. - Creëren van een rustige, veilige en huiselijke leefomgeving. - Stimuleren van zelfstandigheid en participatie. - Samenwerken met collega's, familie en behandelaren. - Als Helpende Plus voer je daarnaast aanvullende zorgtaken uit. Wat bieden wij? - Een vaste baan! - Een werkweek van 20 uur. - Een salaris van maximaal € 3.233,35 (FWG 25) als Helpende of € 3.410,16 (FWG 30) als Helpende Plus, bij een fulltime dienstverband. - Een mooie eindejaarsuitkering van 8.33%. - Reiskostenvergoeding conform de cao VVT. - Persoonlijk budget voor balans werk en privé of duurzame inzetbaarheid. - Een warm, collegiaal en betrokken team. - Mogelijkheden om door te groeien of aanvullende scholing te volgen. - Een afwisselende en betekenisvolle baan waarin je dagelijks het verschil maakt voor onze bewoners.
