Wil jij aan de slag als helpende (plus) bij ons gezellige zorgcentrum Ave Maria in Geulle? Wil je graag onderdeel uitmaken van een warm en professioneel zorgteam? Aarzel dan niet en laat snel van je horen. Wij zijn namelijk op zoek naar enthousiaste Helpenden (plus) die voor 16-32 uur per week aan de slag willen. Zien we jou snel? Wat ga je doen? Het is jouw doel als helpende (plus) om onze bewoners een ontzettend fijne dag te bezorgen. Je ondersteunt de bewoners met ADL-taken zoals wassen en aankleden en je zorgt ervoor dat zij zich op hun gemak voelen en persoonlijke aandacht krijgen. Je kijkt daarbij echt naar wat de bewoner wil want bij ons staat de bewoner centraal. Je bent er dus voor de verzorging, maar zéker ook voor het welzijn van onze bewoners. En, je hebt natuurlijk oog voor de omgeving en je ziet het als je taak ervoor te zorgen dat deze altijd schoon en fris is. Als je gekwalificeerd bent als Helpende Plus wordt je takenpakket uitgebreid met het verstrekken en toedienen van medicatie. - Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. - Een aantrekkelijk salaris op basis van je opleidingsniveau en relevante ervaringsjaren: - - als helpende word je ingeschaald in functiegroep 25 (minimaal € 2.599,21 bruto per maand en maximaal € 3.233,35 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week) - - als helpende plus word je ingeschaald in functiegroep 30 (minimaal €2.663,54 bruto per maand en maximaal € 3.410,16 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week). - Vakantiegeld (8%) en vaste eindejaarsuitkering (13e maand). - Korting op sportschool-abonnement en (zorg)verzekering. - Een 'regeling voordelen medewerkers' waarmee je aantrekkelijke korting krijgt op grote aankopen (telefoon, laptop, e-bik...
