Wat ga je doen Op de Roerdomp wonen ouder wordende mensen met een verstandelijke beperking in hun eigen appartement. Door het ouder worden neemt de zorgvraag toe. Juist daarom is jouw rol als Helpende of Helpende Plus zo belangrijk. Met jouw aandacht en zorg draag je iedere dag bij aan het welzijn en de kwaliteit van leven van onze cliënten. Je ondersteunt samen met je collega’s cliënten bij de persoonlijke verzorging Je helpt bij eten, drinken en dagelijkse activiteiten. Je stimuleert cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen. Je werkt samen met collega's aan een veilige en huiselijke woonomgeving. Je biedt rust, structuur en persoonlijke aandacht. Waarom doorgroeien naar Helpende Plus? Je krijgt meer verantwoordelijkheid in de dagelijkse zorg. Je leert nieuwe vaardigheden en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Je signaleert veranderingen en denkt mee over passende zorg. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner en helpende hand voor collega's. Je groeit in je vak, terwijl je het verschil maakt voor de cliënten. Op de Roerdomp werk je in een hecht team waar samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is. Collega's helpen elkaar, denken met elkaar mee en hebben oog voor elkaar én voor de cliënten.
