Je vindt bij ons ''de zorg van je leven'' onder 1 dak: van geboorte- en ziekenhuiszorg, geestelijke gezondheidszorg, revalidatie, ouderenzorg (zorgcentra, thuiszorg en thuishulp) tot hospicezorg in de laatste levensfase. Binnen onze Zorgcentra beschikken we over diverse opties: - 11 (nieuwbouw)locaties : Beek, Sittard-Geleen, Born, Echt-Susteren - specialisaties : verzorgingshuis- of verpleeghuiszorg, psychogeriatrie (PG en PG-plus), somatiek, Parkinson, eerstelijnsverblijf (ELV), hospicezorg - woonvormen : grootschalige afdelingen, kleinschalig wonen (KSW), zorgappartementen, extramurale zorg, seniorendagcentrum Als Helpende binnen Zuyderland Zorgcentra is het belangrijk dat je inzicht hebt in dezorgbehoefte van de cliënt en zelfstandig de basiszorg kunt leveren . Je assisteert verzorgenden en verpleegkundigen bij het uitvoeren van (complexe) handelingen en helpt bij de verzorging en begeleiding van cliënten bij dagbestedings- en welzijnsactiviteiten. Verder ondersteun je bij het bereiden en verstrekken van maaltijden en dranken en zie je toe op de naleving van hygiënevoorschriften. Voorkomende huishoudelijke taken op de afdeling horen eveneens tot je takenpakket. Wat bieden wij? - Contract voor onbepaalde tijd, contracturen en voorkeuren (vb. vaste vrije dag) bespreekbaar - Inschaling als Helpende in FWG 25 CAO Ziekenhuizen (€2.630-€3.382 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week). - Verlofuren (144 + 57 PLB-uren op jaarbasis bij 36 uur), reiskostenvergoeding, vakantiegeld (8,33%), eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%) en pensioen (bij PFZ...
