Ben jij een enthousiaste helpende en op zoek naar een uitdagende (bij)baan in de ouderenzorg, dan zoeken wij jou voor onze flexpool. Voor diverse locaties in Den Haag zijn wij op zoek naar flexkrachten, die ons team komen versterken. Werken in de flexpool bij HWW zorg betekent dat jij zelf aangeeft wanneer je kan werken op de momenten dat het jou uitkomt! Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende niveau 2 help je de bewoners bij de ADL handelingen en moedig je hen hierbij aan om zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig te doen. Daarnaast maak je op een prettige manier contact met de bewoners en geeft hen net dat beetje extra aandacht wat zo belangrijk is. Je signaleert bijzonderheden en bespreekt dit met je collega's. Je maakt notities in het zorgdossier van de bewoners zodat ook je collega's goed geïnformeerd zijn. Wat wij bieden: Bij ons maak je deel uit van een energieke organisatie, waarin je volop de mogelijkheden krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen en te groeien in je functie. Het basissalaris bedraagt maximaal € 3.233,35 (FWG 25), afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring voor een werkweek van 36 uur. Maar daar blijft het niet bij. Verder bieden wij uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Naast een volledige 13e maand, ontvang je 8% vakantiegeld en heb je recht op maar liefst 238 verlofuren per jaar.
