Voor onze locatie Evean Oostergouw in Zaandam zoeken wij een Helpende voor de afdeling Rosario -een afdeling die momenteel overgaat van somatiek naar een open PG afdeling. Dat betekent: een vertrouwde omgeving met een nieuw karakter. Een afdeling waar bewoners met geheugenproblematiek en beginnende dementie wonen, die gebaat zijn bij structuur, vrijheid en persoonlijke aandacht. Trots; waar ga jij werken: Jouw nieuwe werkplek is bij Evean Oostergouw in Zaandam, een grote locatie met diverse doelgroepen zoals revalidatie, Korsakov, somatiek, gedragsobservatie en psychogeriatrie. Je komt te werken op afdeling Rosario, een afdeling die zich momenteel in een mooie transitie bevindt: van somatiek naar een open PG-afdeling. Hier bieden we zorg aan bewoners met dementie die gebaat zijn bij structuur, vrijheid en herkenbaarheid. Op Rosario wonen ongeveer 16 bewoners. Samen met je collega's Helpenden, Verzorgenden en Verpleegkundigen vorm je een hecht, zelfstandig team dat oog heeft voor elkaar én de bewoners. Ons doel: dat bewoners zich écht thuis voelen, zich veilig voelen en zoveel mogelijk hun eigen regie behouden.
