Net dat beetje meer aandacht aan cliënten kunnen geven. Zodat cliënten zo prettig mogelijk op zichzelf kunnen blijven wonen. Dat is werken bij Prettig Thuis, onderdeel van Zorgbalans Thuiszorg. Hoe? Door als helpende cliënten te ondersteunen bij huishoudelijke hulp, persoonlijke verzorging en welzijn. Als Helpende plus heb je een bijna 1 op 1 relatie met je cliënt. Je komt bij de mensen thuis voor de persoonlijke verzorging en huishoudelijke ondersteuning . Bijvoorbeeld om te helpen met aan- en uitkleden, het douchen, koken, afwassen en andere huishoudelijke taken. En als jouw cliënt dat fijn vindt ga je met hem of haar mee naar bijvoorbeeld; de kapper, de huisarts of ziekenhuisbezoek. Het welzijn van onze cliënt is een belangrijk onderdeel van de zorgverlening. Je gaat een goed gesprek niet uit de weg. Of dat nu over vroeger is of nu, over verdrietige zaken of blije dingen. Samen boodschappen doen of samen op stap met de cliënt is een van de mogelijkheden binnen het welzijnsmoment. Het is niet de bedoeling dat jij je cliënt alles uit handen neemt, in tegendeel. Wel help je hem of haar allerhande dingen te regelen. Je komt te werken in één van de Prettig Thuis teams in Castricum, Heemskerk, Beverwijk of Velsen Noord. Heb jij het profiel en de opleiding die wij zoeken? - Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een MBO diploma Helpende Plus Zorg & Welzijn op niveau 2. - Je hebt een aantal jaren werkervaring als helpende of verzorgende in de ouderenzorg. Ervaring met PG cliënten is een voorwaarde. - Je cliënten gaan voor alles, je gaat voor kwaliteit. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en werkt alle diensten; dag-, avonddiensten, door de week en in de weekenden. - Verder ben je creatief, doortastend e...
