Wil je werken op een plek waar rust en aandacht voor bewoners centraal staan en waar jij iedere keer weer kunt bijdragen aan betekenisvolle momenten? Dan is deze functie bij Zorghuis Tante Clasien iets voor jou. Bij Tante Clasien werk je als helpende plus in een kleinschalige en huiselijke omgeving waar mensen met dementie leven op een manier die bij hen past. Samen met collega's en naasten zorg je voor een vertrouwde en warme omgeving. Vanuit de visie van Wonen bij de Familie staat het gewone leven centraal en voelt zorg als een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel daarvan. Wat bieden wij jou - Een betekenisvolle functie binnen een warm en kleinschalig zorghuis - Een open en collegiale werksfeer met betrokken collega's - Werkrooster met aandacht voor balans tussen werk en privé - Inschaling conform CAO VVT, schaal 30 Wat ga je doen? Als helpende plus in de nacht ondersteun je bewoners bij zorgmomenten die zich 's nachts voordoen. Je helpt bij persoonlijke verzorging, biedt ondersteuning bij onrust en draagt bij aan een rustige en veilige nacht. Daarnaast voer je, volgens bevoegdheid en bekwaamheid, handelingen uit zoals het aanreiken of toedienen van medicatie. Je observeert het welzijn van bewoners en signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid of gedrag. Deze leg je zorgvuldig vast in het dossier zodat het dagteam goed geïnformeerd de dag kan starten. Waar nodig stem je af met collega's of andere betrokken disciplines. Ook zorg je ervoor dat de leefomgeving schoon, rustig en veilig blijft gedurende de nacht.
