Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het bieden van persoonlijke aandacht en het stimuleren van zelfredzaamheid. Je werkt in een hecht team en hebt oog voor de unieke behoeften van iedere bewoner. Flexibiliteit, een respectvolle benadering en goed kunnen samenwerken zijn essentieel in deze functie. Wat je gaat doen: - Ondersteunen: bij dagelijkse zorg en persoonlijke verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden en eten. - Toedienen: van medicatie en ondersteunen bij eenvoudige wondzorg. - Observeren: bewoners goed in de gaten houden en bijzonderheden rapporteren via een iPad. - Stimuleren: van de zelfredzaamheid en eigen regie van bewoners, met oog voor wat zij zelf kunnen. - Samenwerken: met collega's en een multidisciplinair team om de beste zorg te bieden.
