Wil jij werken in een kleinschalige locatie met korte lijnen, grote mate van zelfstandigheid in je taken en een uitdagende werkomgeving? Dan nodigen wij je uit te solliciteren.

Situatie

Als Helpende Plus bij Vredenoord bied je zorg, verpleging én begeleiding aan toegewezen bewoners. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse zorg, voert handelingen uit volgens het zorgplan en stimuleert de zelfredzaamheid van bewoners. Je coördineert jouw taken in afstemming met collega’s en behandelteams en bent betrokken bij het welzijn van bewoners gedurende hun verblijf. Je krijgt hiërarchisch leiding van de Teamleider Zorg en functioneel leiding van de Coördinerend Verpleegkundige.

Wat je gaat doen

Je ondersteunt en assisteert verzorgenden en verpleegkundigen bij de dagelijkse zorg van psychogeriatrische en somatische bewoners. Dit betekent dat je helpt bij persoonlijke verzorging (ADL), handelingen uitvoert zoals medicatieverstrekking en wondverzorging, bewoners begeleidt bij welzijnsactiviteiten, en zorgt voor een schone, comfortabele woonomgeving. Je stimuleert zelfredzaamheid waar mogelijk en draagt bij aan het welzijn en de kwaliteit van leven van de bewoners, altijd volgens het zorgplan en met respect voor de persoonlijke wensen van de bewoners.

Wat je meeneemt

- Diploma Helpende Zorg en Welzijn (kwalificatieniveau 2).

- Aanvullende opleiding Helpende Plus.

- Empathie en geduld bij persoonlijke verzorging (ADL).

- Nauwkeurigheid en observatievaardigheden bij handelingen zoals medicatie en wondverzorging.

- Creativiteit en organisatorische vaardigheden bij welzijnsactiviteiten.

- Huishoudelijke vaardigheden, communicatie en initiatief bij het creëren van een prettige leefomgeving.

- Vermogen om zelfredzaamheid van bewoners te stimuleren en te behouden

Dit bieden we jou

- Een salaris van maximaal € €3.410,16 per maand bij een werkweek van 36 uur (FWG 30, cao VVT).

- Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
