Je wilt jezelf ontwikkelen tot Verzorgende IG, maar wel midden in de praktijk blijven werken. Bij De Viking kan dat. Je start als Helpende Plus, bouwt samen met je collega's aan deze nieuwe woonlocatie en krijgt de mogelijkheid om via een BBL-opleiding door te groeien naar VIG. Je groeit in je vak, terwijl je vanaf dag één meegroeit met De Viking. Samen ontdekken, bouwen en steeds beter worden: dat is waar je hier de ruimte voor krijgt. Werk om trots op te zijn De Viking moet nog echt van jullie worden. De eerste bewoners komen, teams worden gevormd en samen ontdekken jullie hoe het dagelijks leven op deze nieuwe locatie het beste kan aansluiten bij de bewoners. Jij begint daarin als Helpende Plus. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse zorg, hebt veel contact met bewoners en leert hun gewoontes, behoeften en mogelijkheden kennen. Wat werkt goed? Waar kunnen bewoners zelf de regie houden? En wat hebben jullie als team nodig om goede zorg te bieden? Tegelijkertijd kun je verder kijken. Wil je doorgroeien naar Verzorgende IG? Dan biedt QuaRijn ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen en werken en leren te combineren via een BBL-traject. Juist doordat De Viking volop in ontwikkeling is, krijg je de kans om jezelf vanaf het begin te ontwikkelen binnen het vak én binnen de locatie. Je leert niet alleen uit de boeken, maar brengt wat je leert direct in de praktijk. En misschien ontdek je onderweg wel dat je meer verantwoordelijkheid wilt, een bepaald aandachtsgebied interessant vindt of juist graag meedenkt over hoe de zorg op De Viking georganiseerd wordt. Je hoeft niet te wachten tot alles staat. Je maakt eerst De Viking mede eigen en groeit daarna mee met wat de locatie en de bewoners nodig hebben...
