Helpende Plus Voor meerdere van onze woonzorglocaties zijn wij op zoek naar Helpenden Plus. Stichting Sint Jacob is een organisatie waarin de bewoners centraal staan. Binnen onze 8 locaties willen wij hen het 'thuisgevoel' geven. Dit doen wij door hen te ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse routine maar ook vooral door het creëren van een warme en veilige omgeving! De functie Als helpende plus werk je zelfstandig of samen met een verzorgende IG of verpleegkundige op een wooneenheid. Je biedt samen met collega's vanuit verschillende disciplines, zorg aan de bewoners die wordt vastgelegd in een zorgleefplan. Je verleent zorg gericht op persoonlijke verzorging en begeleiding passend bij je opleidingsniveau. Verder ondersteun je de verzorgende en/of verpleegkundige met het verrichten van eenvoudige wondverzorging en het toedienen van medicijnen vanuit de Baxterrol. De toegediende medicijnen teken je uiteraard ook digitaal af. Kandidaatprofiel Arbeidsvoorwaarden Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt minimaal een MBO 2 Helpende Zorg en Welzijn diploma én een aanvullende scholing Helpende 2 plus of Verzorgende C; - Je kunt zelfstandig, maar ook in teamverband werken; - Je bent energiek, daadkrachtig en oplossingsgericht.
