Helpende (plus) niveau 2 Het Flevohuis zoekt ter versterking van het team een helpende (plus) niveau 2.

Als helpende ben je gericht op de dagelijkse wensen en behoeften van je bewoners. Je voelt goed aan wat de bewoner blij maakt. Naast de basiszorg die je uitvoert, zorg je samen met je collega's voor een prettige woon- en leefomgeving voor je bewoners. Voor warme maaltijden wordt gezorgd, je hoeft bij ons niet te koken.

Ben je helpende plus dan deel je bij ons ook medicatie uit van het baxtersysteem en help jij de bewoners met de steunkousen.

Heb je nog geen certificaat voor helpende plus? Geen probleem, we bieden je graag de mogelijkheid aan om dit certificaat te behalen.

DIT ZIJN JE WERKZAAMHEDEN

- Je geeft dagelijkse verzorging aan bewoners en speelt in op hun wensen en behoeften.

- Je kent je bewoners en let erop dat iemand zich zo prettig mogelijk voelt.

- Je geeft bijzonderheden door aan de verzorgende IG.

- Je vormt samen met de gastvrouwen/-heren, verzorgenden en activiteitenbegeleiders één hecht team.

DIT BEN JIJ

- Je hebt een diploma Helpende of Helpende plus niveau 2.

- Enkele nachtdiensten per maand is voor jou geen probleem.

- Aardig zijn is voor jou geen zorg.

- Je vindt het leuk om met ouderen om te gaan.

- Je werkt graag samen.

DIT BIEDEN WE JE

- Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast contract.

- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.455,20 en € 3.294,84 (op basis van 36 uur) ingeschaald op basis van opleiding en ervaring. CAO-VVT FWG schaal 25 (helpende) of schaal 30 (helpende plus)

- Boven op je salaris 8 % vakantiegeld en 8,33 % eindejaarsuitkering.
