Als Helpende plus in Assen werk je 16 tot 24 uur per week via de flexpool, waardoor je verschillende locaties en afdelingen leert kennen. Je biedt zowel dementiezorg (PG) als lichamelijke zorg (somatiek), wat zorgt voor veel afwisseling en de kans om jouw voorkeur te ontdekken. Uiteindelijk kun je kiezen voor een vaste plek die helemaal bij jou past. Je dag begint met een overdracht waarin je hoort hoe het met de bewoners gaat en wat er speelt. Daarna bied je persoonlijke zorg, helpt bij het wassen en aankleden, en deel je medicatie uit. Je ondersteunt bij de maaltijden en zorgt voor een fijne sfeer. Je let goed op veranderingen bij de bewoners en schakelt waar nodig met de verpleegkundige. Aan het einde van je dienst rapporteer je alles digitaal.
