Als Helpende Plus ondersteun je bewoners op de somatische afdeling bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en ADL-taken. Daarnaast voer je de handelingen uit die binnen jouw bevoegdheid en bekwaamheid vallen, zoals het verstrekken van medicatie en andere Plus-taken. Dankzij jouw oplettendheid signaleer je veranderingen in de gezondheid van bewoners en draag je actief bij aan passende zorg.

Je werkt nauw samen met Helpenden, Verzorgenden IG en verpleegkundigen om bewoners de beste zorg te bieden. Samen zorgen jullie voor een veilige, rustige en vertrouwde leefomgeving waarin persoonlijke aandacht centraal staat. Je bent inzetbaar tijdens dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten, waarbij geen werkdag hetzelfde is.

Via Bouw-Zorg Groep ga je aan de slag binnen een betrokken zorgteam in Gaanderen. Je profiteert van flexibele werkmogelijkheden en bepaalt zelf wanneer je werkt. Zo combineer je de zekerheid van een dienstverband met de vrijheid om je rooster af te stemmen op jouw wensen.
