Krijg jij kriebels van ondernemen, verantwoordelijkheid grijpen en mee bouwen aan iets dat écht groeit?

Wij zijn een ambitieuze bakkerijketen met meerdere vestigingen in Vlaams-Brabant. Kwaliteit, vakmanschap en betrouwbaarheid zitten in ons DNA, en dat heeft ons een stevige reputatie opgeleverd in de sector. En we zijn nog lang niet klaar.

De komende jaren staat er heel wat op de rol: een nieuwe productievestiging, extra winkels erbij, en een flinke digitaliseringsboost. Onze cultuur? Korte lijnen, geen poespas, en iedereen die mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Daarom zoeken we een ondernemende professional die niet bang is om vuile handen te maken en samen met het management écht het verschil wil maken.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen enkele dag lijkt op de vorige. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de zaakvoerders en krijgt een brede rol waarin strategie en dagelijkse actie elkaar voortdurend afwisselen.

Operationele werking

  • Meedraaien in de dagelijkse werking, met de winkels als thuisbasis
  • Knelpunten op de werkvloer spotten en meteen meedenken over oplossingen

Opening van nieuwe vestigingen

  • Nieuwe winkelopeningen mee voorbereiden en opvolgen: van praktische organisatie over personeelsplanning tot begeleiding op de vloer

Procesoptimalisatie & digitalisering

  • Werkprocessen tegen het licht houden en slimmer maken
  • Mee bouwen aan de digitalisering van planning, voorraadbeheer en personeelsbeheer
  • KPI's en verkoopscijfers per vestiging opvolgen en omzetten in concrete acties

Administratie & projectopvolging

  • Een brede kijk krijgen op payroll, HR, operations, finance én sales — je leert hoe een bakkerijbedrijf écht draait, van binnen naar buiten
  • Administratieve opvolging zoals dat hoort bij een groeiende kmo: van HR-ondersteuning tot financiële rapportage en algemeen beheer
  • Projecten van A tot Z mee realiseren: van eerste idee tot uitvoering op de vloer

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je wordt vooral warm van de kans om hands-on te ondernemen in een tastbare business, waar alle facetten van ondernemen samenkomen: B2B en B2C, retail en webshopverkoop, logistiek, productie, voedselveiligheid, vergunningen en financieel beheer
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma en 3 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring op de teller staan, en bent klaar voor de volgende stap
  • Je voelt je even goed thuis op de werkvloer als achter je laptop
  • Je hebt de maturiteit om zelf prioriteiten te stellen, ook wanneer het stormt
  • Je bent analytisch en gestructureerd, maar minstens even graag een doener die dingen wáármaakt
  • Je floreert in een ondernemende kmo-omgeving waar snel geschakeld wordt
  • Digitalisering, efficiëntie en procesverbetering fascineren je, en je volgt de nieuwste AI-trends op de voet — Claude Code voelt voor jou als thuiskomen
  • Een flinke dosis sales mag er zeker bij zijn: verkoop is uiteindelijk de motor van elke onderneming
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag schouder aan schouder met management én collega's
  • Je ziet deze rol als een springplank: veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om mee te groeien met het bedrijf
  • Een klassieke 9-tot-5 is niets voor jou: onze zaak draait 24/7, 365 dagen per jaar, en jij weet dat ondernemen ook net dát vraagt
