Eine gute Kombination sind auch die Menschen, die hier arbeiten: Das Haus ist seit 35 Jahren familiengeführt, doch die Mitarbeiter/innen sind international. Dazu kommt die Kulisse, in der das Edelweisss einen Platz gefunden hat - in einem alpinen Hochtal, eingebettet zwischen Kitzbüheler und Zillertaler Alpen.

80% der internationalen Gäste kommen jedes Jahr wegender modernen Küche, der familiären Atmosphere und deridealen Lage mitten im Wanderparadies, direkt neben der Gondel.
