Jij weet precies hoe je een team aanstuurt, de boel strak organiseert en zorgt dat gasten zich direct welkom voelen in een frisse, verzorgde omgeving. Woerden, de hoofdstad van het groene Hart. Het kloppend hart, waar stad en land elkaar ontmoeten, hier komt de nieuwste aanwinst van het ons concern, we heten je graag welkom in het fonkelnieuwe van der Valk Hotel Woerden- Utrecht, daar wil je toch werken! Hotel Woerden zal gaan beschikken over moderne vergaderzalen en boardrooms met de nieuwste audiovisuele apparatuur. Wij zijn druk bezig met het ontwikkelen van 144 luxe kamers, thema suites en daarnaast een wellness mét zwembad en fitness. De voorbereidingen voor een sfeervol restaurant en culinaire kaart zijn in volle gang! Wij kijken ernaar uit onze gasten te mogen ontvangen medio 2026. Functieomschrijving Als Hoofd Algemene Dienst bent je verantwoordelijk voor de schoonmaak van algemene ruimten zoals de lobby, toiletten, zalen, wellness en het restaurant. Je werkt nauwkeurig, lekker snel en bent zowel 's ochtends om 6 uur als 's avonds om 10 uur vrolijk. Naast jouw schoonmaak kwaliteiten beschik je ook over een flinke portie leidinggevende skills. Wat verwachten wij van jou: - Je werkt actief mee en stuurt het team aan op een positieve manier en zorgt zo dat de werktevredenheid hoog is en blijft; - Je maakt de werkroosters voor de algemene dienst en voert functioneringsgesprekken met je medewerkers; - Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken om personeelsbestand van jouw afdeling op orde te houden; - Jij bent het aan...
