Om deze groei te ondersteunen investeren we continu in onze organisatie, processen en mensen. Voor de verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Hoofd Bedrijfsvoering. In deze nieuwe functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor Finance, HR, Facilitair en Data & IT en maak je deel uit van het directieteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze disciplines niet alleen afzonderlijk goed functioneren, maar vooral samen bijdragen aan een gezonde, professionele en toekomstbestendige organisatie. Daarbij heb je oog voor resultaten en processen, maar nadrukkelijk ook voor de mensen die binnen onze organisatie werken. Als lid van het directieteam denk je mee over de koers van Smulderstextiel en help je deze koers te vertalen naar de organisatie. Je brengt overzicht en samenhang, stelt kritische vragen en zorgt ervoor dat bij belangrijke keuzes niet alleen wordt gekeken naar snelheid en resultaat, maar ook naar de gevolgen voor medewerkers, samenwerking, cultuur en werkprocessen.
