Aantal uren - 40 uur Hoofd Financiële Administratie Voor Van Mossel Autoschade zoeken wij een Hoofd Financiële Administratie die vanuit onze vestiging in Waalwijk helpt om de financiële administratie van de 26 autoschadeherstelbedrijven in Nederland naar een hoger niveau te brengen en het team aan te sturen, te coachen en verder te ontwikkelen.   Wat ga je doen? Als Hoofd Financiële Administratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële administratie en geef je leiding aan een team van 7 medewerkers. Je bent een meewerkend leidinggevende: je pakt zelf taken op zoals het opstellen van rapportages en verbeteren van processen, en combineert dit met het coachen en aansturen van je team. In deze rol ben je een echte people manager: je stimuleert en motiveert je medewerkers, coacht hen in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt dat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf kan halen. Je creëert een positieve, professionele werkomgeving waarin samenwerking, kennisdeling en persoonlijke groei centraal staan. Tegelijkertijd fungeer je als sparringpartner voor het management, signaleert knelpunten en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven die je succesvol implementeert en borgt binnen de organisatie. Profiel Hoofd Financiële Administratie Wie ben jij? Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen financiële administratie en leidinggeven aan teams. Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een praktische, hands-on aanpak en weet medewerkers te inspireren, te ontwikkelen en te stimuleren. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende: - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een leidinggevende functie op de financiële administratie - Gevorderd in Excel en ervaring met boekhoudpakketten, bij voorkeur Exact - Analytisch sterk, resultaatgericht en procesmatig ingesteld - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden - Fulltime beschikbaar en woonachtig in de omgeving Waalwijk Wat bieden wij jou?
