Krijg je energie van een goed draaiend team en houd je graag de touwtjes in handen? Dan is de functie van Hoofd Housekeeping bij ons precies wat je zoekt. Beschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als Hoofd Housekeeping ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met schoonmaak en kwaliteit te maken heeft. Je zorgt dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel verloopt, dat de planning klopt en dat het team weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je loopt kwaliteitsrondes, checkt kamers en bespreekt verbeterpunten op een duidelijke en prettige manier. Je werkt daarnaast waar nodig ook mee op de vloer. Samen met jouw team zorg je voor een schone en gastvrije omgeving in ons motel. Je bent betrokken bij de schoonmaak van motelkamers, long stay appartementen, gangen en trappenhuizen. De schoonmaak van al onze locaties vallen daarnaast ook onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid, zoals de sauna's in Ivy Boutique Wellness, restaurant De Kleine Leeuw en pannenkoekenrestaurant Tante Tokkie. Ons nieuwe hotel is nog niet geopend, dus je werkzaamheden vinden voorlopig volledig in bovenstaande locaties plaats. Verder begeleid en motiveer je het team, help je nieuwe collega's op weg, en signaleer je knelpunten die je vervolgens ook echt oppakt. Je regelt ook praktische zaken zoals bestellingen om de voorraad op orde te houden. Je communiceert gemakkelijk in zowel Nederlands als Engels. Wat ga je doen? - Leidinggeven aan het volledige housekeeping team - Planningen maken en bewaken - Dagelijkse kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren - Medewerkers coachen, begeleiden en laten groeien - Meewerken op de vloer wanneer nodig - Nieuwe collega's inwerken - Toezien op naleving van procedures en kwaliteitsnormen - Bestellingen plaatsen en voorraden beheren - Verbeterpunten signalere...
