Dit familiebedrijf is een grote speler in de bakkersbranche. Het betreft een mooie vacature met uitzicht op vast werk. Wat ga jij doen als Hoofd logistiek? Als Hoofd logistiek ben jij een people manager die houdt van uitdaging. Het is jouw taak, wanneer de broden gebakken en ingepakt zijn, deze op de meest efficie��nte manier bij de klant te krijgen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de transportplanner, winkel accountmanagers, teamleiders en onze in-house intercedent. Ook kan jij snel schakelen, heb je kennis- en ben je zeer handig met geautomatiseerde systemen en IT. Daarnaast kan jij goed medewerkers motiveren en bezit jij goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Jouw werkzaamheden als hoofd logistiek bestaan uit de planning en aansturing van medewerkers, juistheid, volledigheid en tijdigheid van de interne en externe logistiek, het continu verbeteren van het logistieke proces en het bevorderen/bewaken van de naleving van vastgestelde procedures.
