Dan is de functie Hoofd Monteur zeker iets voor jou! Wat ga jij doen? Als Hoofd Monteur werk je samen met jouw team aan verschillende luchttechnische projecten. Je monteert luchtkanalen en luchttechnische componenten en zorgt ervoor dat technische tekeningen worden omgezet naar een goede installatie. Op de werkvloer coördineer jij het project en stuur je minder ervaren collega's aan. Met minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring weet jij wat er nodig is om het werk goed uit te voeren. Je deelt jouw kennis graag met aankomend talent en helpt hen verder in het vak. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen bedrijfsbus en zorg je ervoor dat deze netjes en goed bevoorraad blijft. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn: - Monteren van luchtkanalen en luchttechnische componenten op projecten door heel Nederland en soms daarbuiten - Lezen van technische tekeningen en deze omzetten naar een installatie - Coördineren van het project op de werkvloer - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor jouw eigen bus en deze netjes en bevoorraad houden - Aansturen en opleiden van aankomend talent Wie ben jij? Jij hebt passie voor techniek en bent trots op het werk dat je aflevert. Als ervaren monteur heb je oog voor detail en vind je het leuk om jouw kennis en ervaring over te dragen aan minder ervaren collega's. Je begint graag vroeg en productief aan jouw werkdag en neemt op de werkvloer de verantwoordelijkheid voor het project en jouw team. Verder beschik je over: - Minimaal een mbo-opleiding richting metaal & techniek of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Een VCA Basis-certificaat of de bereidheid om deze te behalen - Beheers je ook de Engelse taal en/of heb je een hoogwerkercertificaat?
