De Molenketjes vzw organiseert Nederlandstalige opvang voor kinderen van 0 jaar tot en met het 6e leerjaar in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek. Baby’s en peuters kunnen terecht in één van onze

kinderdagverblijven. Schoolgaande kinderen zijn welkom in onze binnenschoolse opvang en speelweken. Hiernaast streven we ook op andere manieren (vb. Brede Schoolproject) naar maximale ontwikkelingskansen voor kinderen.

Buurtgerichtheid, toegankelijkheid en diversiteit bepalen het gezicht van onze organisatie.

Jouw taken:

Je bent in eerste instantie opvangbegeleider. Je neemt echter een dubbele rol op:

  • Je staat in voor de coördinatie en organisatie van de deelwerkingen (brede opvang en speelweken)
  • Je bent een brugfiguur tussen het team en de leidinggevende
  • Aanspreekpunt voor ouders en directies van de scholen waarop de opvang doorgaat
  • Je organiseert en leidt teamvergaderingen
  • Je begeleidt en volgt medewerkers op (onthalen, aansturen, werkattitude, interne communicatie en afspraken…)
  • Je werkt samen in een team (met andere hoofdopvangbegeleiders, begeleiders, leidinggevende, pedagogisch coach, ouders, school)
  • Je garandeert het welzijn van elk kind. Je zet processen op met de opvangbegeleiders die de kwaliteit van de opvang garanderen en verbeteren.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede administratie van aanwezigheden, geldbeheer, verzekeringsdocumenten, …
  • Vlot Nederlands spreken en verstaan (niveau C)
  • Aantoonbare affiniteit in het werken met kinderen
  • 1 van de volgende kwalificaties om met kinderen te werken: Opleiding Begeleider in de kinderopvang, Opleiding Begeleider in de buitenschoolse opvang, Kwalificatie-of ervaringsbewijs, Begeleider in de buitenschoolse opvang, Gezondheids- en welzijnswetenschappen, Jeugd- en gehandicaptenzorg, Graduaat orthopedagogie of een andere relevante kwalificatie voor kinderzorg.
