Jouw profiel Je hebt minimaal 6 tot 10 jaar ervaring in de bouw, waarvan een groot deel in een leidinggevende rol. Je kent de nieuwbouw van binnen en buiten en weet hoe je een team motiveert en aanstuurt. Je bent gewend om meerdere ballen tegelijk in de lucht te houden en houdt ook onder druk het overzicht. Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk en kun je zowel met je team als met opdrachtgevers en partners op een heldere manier afstemmen. Wij vragen van jou: - Minimaal 6 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in de bouw, waarvan minimaal 3 jaar in een leidinggevende functie; - Een afgeronde opleiding op HBO-niveau, bijvoorbeeld Bouwkunde of Civiele Techniek; - Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en het vermogen om teams te motiveren en te ontwikkelen; - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift.
