Wil jij bouwen aan een stabiele en efficiënte technische organisatie? Dan is dit jouw volgende stap! Industrie Omgeving Arnhem 4.500 tot €6.000 Functieomschrijving Als hoofd technische dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de technische dienst en het waarborgen van de continuïteit van het machinepark en de installaties. Je stelt onderhoudsplannen op, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat storingen snel en effectief worden opgelost. Daarnaast initieer je verbeterprojecten gericht op optimalisatie, veiligheid en kostenbeheersing. Je geeft leiding aan een team van monteurs en technici en zorgt voor duidelijke werkafspraken en een goede taakverdeling. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor technische vraagstukken binnen de organisatie en schakelt met externe partijen waar nodig. Daarbij houd je toezicht op kwaliteit, veiligheid en prestaties van de technische installaties. Wat wij jou bieden Een uitdagende baan die je energie geeft en écht bij je past.
