Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onderhoudsplannen, veiligheid en technische projecten. Wat ga je doen - Leidinggeven aan technisch team - Opstellen en bewaken van onderhouds- en reparatieplannen - Toezicht houden op veiligheid en technische procedures - Coördineren van technische projecten en renovaties - Bewaken van budget voor onderhoud en investeringen - Rapporteren aan hotelmanagement over technische prestaties Wat je meebrengt - Afgeronde technische mbo- of hbo-opleiding of aantoonbare relevante werkervaring - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in vergelijkbare technische of leidinggevende functie - Kennis van technische installaties, wet- en regelgeving en veiligheidsvoorschriften - Ervaring met coördineren van technische werkzaamheden en aansturen van team - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatievermogen - Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal Mooi meegenomen - Ervaring in hotel of hospitality Wat je krijgt - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar bij fulltime dienstverband - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per km - Gratis parkeren of nabijheid van station - Laptop en telefoon in bruikleen - Warme maaltijden tijdens dienst Over Radisson Hotel Group Radisson Hotel Group is een internationaal hotelbedrijf met vestigingen wereldwijd.
