Met jouw analytische blik, overtuigingskracht en zorgvuldigheid bouw je mee aan een technische afdeling die betrouwbaar presteert. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie heb je 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een technische leidinggevende of coördinerende rol, bij voorkeur binnen de productieomgeving. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen mens, proces en techniek en weet keuzes te onderbouwen met inhoud en ervaring. - Afgeronde opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar technisch niveau. - Kennis van elektrotechniek en PLC, aangevuld met sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden. - Ervaring met NEN 3140 en VCA-VOL. - Je plant en organiseert gestructureerd en houdt ook onder druk het overzicht. - Je communiceer...
