Zelfstandig aansturen, beslissen en opleveren. Aanbod Je krijgt een vaste functie met verantwoordelijkheid, ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €6250 en €7700; - Contract voor onbepaalde tijd; - CAO Bouw en Infra met 43 vakantiedagen; - Auto van de zaak; - Pensioenregeling en volledige onkostenvergoeding; - Korte lijnen naar directie, informele cultuur zonder hiërarchie; - Doorgroeien naar projectleider of specialiseren in stedelijke ontwikkeling. Je blijft in deze functie werken als hoofd uitvoerder, met de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar projectleider of je te specialiseren in complexe stedelijke ontwikkelingen. De organisatie werkt volgens vaste methoden en normen, met korte lijnen tussen uitvoering en directie. Door aanhoudende groei in de regio Rotterdam wordt het team uitgebreid met een ervaren hoofd uitvoerder die zelfstandig projecten kan aansturen en opleveren. Jouw profiel Je hebt ruime ervaring in de woningbouw en bent gewend om zelfstandig projecten aan te sturen van voorbereiding tot oplevering. - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder of hoofd uitvoerder in de woningbouw; - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting bouwkunde; - Kennis van bouwregelgeving, veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen; - Vaardig in het aansturen van teams en onderaannemers; - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. 4,6 / 5 Beoordeling op basis van 282 reviews
