Houd je van aanpakken en verbinden en ben je op zoek naar een duaal functie als hoofd binnen de Levensloop aanpak en wil je werken binnen een klinische setting? Lees dan verder. Dit ga je doen Het Centrum Intensieve Behandeling (CIB) bestaat ruim 5 jaar en is volop in ontwikkeling. Hierdoor zoeken wij naast het bestaande hoofd, een duaal collega, die voldoende aandacht kan geven aan onze nieuwe medewerkers en slagkracht heeft voor de doorontwikkeling en vormgeving van nieuwbouwprojecten. Het CIB is een hoog beveiligde kliniek. Het CIB valt onder het cluster levensloopaanpak, dit is een domein overstijgende aanpak in Rotterdam Rijnmond onder het Zorg en Veiligheidshuis. De levensloopaanpak is bedoeld voor personen met een ernstige psychiatrische stoornis en verslavingsproblematiek en/of licht verstandelijke beperking, daarbij kunnen zij delict gedrag vertonen. Samen met de keten collega's wordt er gezamenlijk een plan van aanpak gemaakt . Een onderdeel van de Levensloopaanpak kan een klinische opname in onze hoog beveiligde kliniek zijn. De werkzaamheden: - als duaal hoofdverblijf geef je samen met je collega directe leiding aan een team van 40 medewerkers, verdeeld over 3 units; - je voert de regie over de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van jouw team en je bent het aanspreekpunt; - je bent verantwoordelijk voor de continuïteit van het zorgproces, het neerzetten van de structuur op de afdeling, het toezien op de naleving van gemaakte afspraken en HR taken. Dit ben jij - je hebt een relevante HBO opleiding; - je hebt relevante ervaring in het werkveld en met de doelgroep; - je bent een verbinder, communicatief vaardig en je bent flexibel; ...
