Over de functie: Als Hoofd Werkvoorbereiding Infra - DVM geef je leiding aan het werkvoorbereidingsteam en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de integrale afstemming tussen ontwerp, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering binnen onze DVM projecten. Onder DVM vallen onder meer dynamische systemen zoals openbare verlichting, signalering, verkeersmanagementsystemen en informatiesystemen voor snelweggebruikers. Je zorgt ervoor dat het werkvoorbereidingsproces soepel verloopt, bewaakt de contractuele kaders en zorgt dat onze onderaannemers precies weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het beoordelen en challengen van DVM ontwerpen. Functie omschrijving: - Leidinggeven aan het werkvoorbereidingsteam duidelijke, motiverende en no nonsense aanpak. - Brug slaan tussen ontwerp en uitvoering: je begrijpt beide werelden en weet ze effectief met elkaar te verbinden. - Reviewen van DVM ontwerpen. - Sparren op operationeel niveau met werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en engineers. - Zorgdragen voor het naleven van Rijkswaterstaat-standaarden, SE processen en contracteisen. - Contractbewaking richting onderaanneming, inclusief commerciële onderhandeling en sturing. - Continue verbetering stimuleren binnen processen, kwaliteit en samenwerking. - Vooruitkijken, knelpunten signaleren en proactief sturen om risico's te vermijden. Vereisten: - Ruime ervaring in werkvoorbereiding of projectbegeleiding binnen de infratechniek, bij voorkeur gericht op DVM. - Kennis van werken met Rijkswaterstaat en het toepassen van Systems Engineering (SE). - Vermogen om zowel hoog-over sturing te geven als inhoudelijk de diepte in te gaan. - Een pragmatische, resultaatgerichte en no nonsense werkstijl. - St...
