Om de verdere groei van de organisatie te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Hoofdboekhouder A-Z die de financiële werking mee in goede banen leidt.

Krijg jij energie van cijfers, verantwoordelijkheid en het optimaliseren van financiële processen? In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding en speel je een belangrijke rol binnen de organisatie. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z.

  • Correct verwerken en controleren van financiële transacties.
  • Opvolgen en afrekenen van leverancierscontracten en commerciële afspraken.
  • Beheren van openstaande klantenrekeningen en debiteurenopvolging.
  • Opmaken en indienen van btw-aangiftes, Intrastat-aangiftes en andere wettelijke rapporteringen.
  • Uitvoeren van maandafsluitingen en financiële rapporteringen.
  • Voorbereiden en coördineren van de jaarafsluiting.

Opmaken van de jaarrekening.

  • Ondersteunen van fiscale aangiftes, waaronder btw en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Beheren van administratieve en fiscale dossiers.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met bedrijfsrevisoren, fiscale instanties en externe adviseurs.
  • Analyseren en verbeteren van financiële processen en rapporteringen.

Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de zaakvoerders en het managementteam.

Voor specifieke vraagstukken kan je rekenen op de ondersteuning van een extern accountantskantoor. Voel jij je thuis in een familiale onderneming waar zelfstandigheid, betrokkenheid en initiatief gewaardeerd worden? Dan pas jij mogelijk perfect binnen deze rol. Wij zoeken een kandidaat die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige functie met verantwoordelijkheid voor de boekhouding van A tot Z.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht.

  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van MS Office, met een sterke focus op Excel.

Ervaring met SAP is een mooie plus.

Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op. Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties.

  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, management en externe partners.

Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Je voelt je goed in een familiale KMO-omgeving waar samenwerking en flexibiliteit belangrijk zijn.
