Toe aan een nieuwe functie? Het Vellesan College heeft per 1 januari 2027 de functie van hoofdconciërge vrij.

Wat ga je doen? Op het Vellesan College in IJmuiden zijn we per 1 januari 2027 op zoek naar een enthousiaste hoofdconciërge.

Als Hoofdconciërge zorg jij ervoor dat onze school dagelijks goed georganiseerd draait. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de facilitaire organisatie en geeft leiding aan een team van acht conciërges.

- Je geeft leiding aan 8 collega-conciërgese n voert met hen minimaal 1 keer per jaar Het Goede Gesprek (functioneringsgesprek).

- Je maakt de roosters en zorgt ervoor dat ook de avonddiensten (ouderavonden, feesten enzovoorts) evenredig worden verdeeld onder het team.

- Je onderhoudt contact met externe partners, bijvoorbeeld over schilderwerkzaamheden, controle van apparatuur et cetera.

- Je hebt kennis van zaken met betrekking tot gebouwenbeheer en signaleert tijdig wat aandacht nodig heeft.

- Samen met de preventiemedewerker zorg je voor een veilige werkomgeving.

- Je overlegt met afdelingsleiders over facilitaire vragen en extra werkzaamheden en denkt mee over passende oplossingen.

Je komt terecht in een betrokken team van acht conciërges, verdeeld over twee locaties. De collega's zijn goed op elkaar ingespeeld en brengen ieder hun eigen kennis, ervaring en expertise mee. Jij weet deze kwaliteiten optimaal te benutten, zet collega's in hun kracht en stimuleert een fijne samenwerking.

Omdat het team divers is samengesteld en veel collega's parttime werken, speelt communicatie een belangrijke rol. Jij zorgt voor verbinding, houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen goed geïnformeerd en betrokken blijft.
