32-40 Hoofdkwaliteitsmedewerker / Betontechnoloog Van Dijk Beton B.V. | Groot-Ammers | 32-40 uur Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit van het hele proces Bij Van Dijk Beton maken we prefab betonelementen voor uiteenlopende projecten. Van standaardproducten tot maatwerk. Kwaliteit is daarbij geen eindcontrole, maar iets waar we gedurende het hele proces mee bezig zijn. Daarom zoeken wij een Hoofdkwaliteitsmedewerker die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het totale kwaliteitsproces binnen Van Dijk Beton. Je krijgt een zelfstandige positie binnen onze organisatie. Je houdt je bezig met grondstoffen, mengsels, controles en kwaliteit. Je zoekt uit waarom iets afwijkt, denkt mee over verbeteringen en werkt samen met collega's in de productie om ervoor te zorgen dat we de kwaliteit blijven leveren waar Van Dijk Beton voor staat. Wat ga je doen? Als Hoofdkwaliteitsmedewerker houd je je bezig met het gehele kwaliteitsproces van onze prefab betonproductie. Je wilt begrijpen wat er gebeurt, waarom iets goed of fout gaat en hoe we het beter kunnen doen. Kort gezegd: jij zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit niet alleen gecontroleerd wordt, maar onderdeel wordt van hoe we iedere dag werken. • Controleren en bewaken van de kwaliteit van beton en grondstoffen • Uitvoeren en beoordelen van kwaliteitscontroles en proeven • Controleren of producten en processen voldoen aan de geldende eisen en normen • Signaleren en onderzoeken van afwijkingen • Administratief verwerken en vastleggen van kwaliteitsgegevens • Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces • Adviseren van collega's en leidinggevenden over kwaliteit • Onderhouden en verbeteren van procedures en kwaliteitsregistraties • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en externe partijen wanneer dit nodig is • Samenwerken met productie om kwaliteitsproblemen praktisch en structureel op te lossen Wie zoeken we?
