The posting

Bij een technisch specialist in industriële automatisering en waterbehandeling in Nunspeet realiseer je als hoofdmonteur elektrotechnische en regeltechnische installaties. Je werkt aan besturingen voor productieprocessen, biogasopwaarderingsinstallaties en waterbehandeling in zwembaden en dierentuinen. Daarbij combineer je praktische montagekennis met inzicht in besturingstechniek: van het bedraden van besturingspanelen tot het aansluiten en controleren van meet- en regelapparatuur. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitvoering en houdt zicht op de bestede uren. Meestal ga je samen met een collega naar een projectlocatie; soms bouw je schakelkasten in de werkplaats. Je stemt materialen af met de werkvoorbereider en voert samen met de inbedrijfsteller of PLC-programmeur I/O-tests uit. Binnen het montageteam kun je terugvallen op collega’s en je leidinggevende. Door de uiteenlopende installaties verdiep je je vakkennis van procesautomatisering, bekabeling en inbedrijfstelling. Functie-inhoud - Monteren en realiseren van elektrotechnische en regeltechnische installaties op locatie - Bedraden van besturingspanelen en bouwen van schakelkasten in de werkplaats - Bekabelen van fabrieksinstallaties en machinekamers voor waterbehandeling - Monteren en aansluiten van meet- en regelapparatuur voor onder meer biogasopwaardering - Uitvoeren van I/O-tests met de inbedrijfsteller of PLC-programmeur - Afstemmen van benodigde materialen met de werkvoorbereider - Bewaken van montagekwaliteit en urenbesteding tijdens de uitvoering Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in besturingstechniek, mechatronica of elektrotechniek, of vergelijkbare werkervaring - Ervaring als monteur of hoofdmonteur binnen besturingstechniek of mechatronica - Praktijkervaring met installaties voor industriële productie- en procesautomatisering - Vaardigheid in montagetechnieken, paneelbedrading en industriële bekabeling - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoering en beoordeelt je werk kritisch - Je wer.
