The posting

Bij een technisch specialist in industriële automatisering en waterbehandeling in Nunspeet werk je als hoofdmonteur aan besturingsinstallaties voor productieprocessen, biogasopwaardering en zwembadtechniek. Je realiseert regeltechnische installaties, verzorgt de bekabeling en helpt bij de inbedrijfstelling. Je werk speelt zich vooral af op klantlocaties: van fabriekshallen tot machinekamers van zwembaden en installaties in dierentuinen. Daarnaast bouw je in de werkplaats aan schakelkasten en besturingspanelen. Je gaat samen met een collega op pad en stemt met de werkvoorbereider af welke materialen nodig zijn. Tijdens I/O-tests werk je nauw samen met de inbedrijfsteller of PLC-programmeur om de aansluitingen en signalen te controleren. Je bewaakt de montagekwaliteit en urenbesteding en kunt terugvallen op een betrokken montageteam. Met opleidingen en uiteenlopende projecten verdiep je je kennis van besturingstechniek, meet- en regeltechniek en industriële installaties. Functie-inhoud - Monteren en realiseren van besturings- en regeltechnische installaties op klantlocaties - Bedraden van besturingspanelen en bouwen van schakelkasten in de werkplaats - Bekabelen van fabrieksinstallaties en machinekamers voor waterbehandeling - Uitvoeren van I/O-tests samen met de inbedrijfsteller of PLC-programmeur - Ondersteunen bij de inbedrijfstelling van meet- en regeltechnische installaties - Afstemmen van de materiaalvoorziening met de werkvoorbereider - Bewaken van de montagekwaliteit en urenbesteding Functie-eisen - Een mbo-opleiding in besturingstechniek, mechatronica of elektrotechniek, of vergelijkbare werkervaring - Ervaring als monteur of hoofdmonteur in besturingstechniek of mechatronica - Ervaring met installaties voor industriële productie- en procesautomatisering - Je kunt elektrotechnische schema’s lezen en vertalen naar montage en bekabeling - Je werkt zorgvuldig en stemt technische vragen af met collega’s en de werkvoorbereider - Je werkt graag op wisselende kla.
