Als hoofdprojectleider ben je de architect van het operationele succes en stuur je het team van projectleiders en tekenaars strategisch aan. Jouw dag draait om:

  • Het coachen en begeleiden van je team, waarbij je de helicopterview bewaart over alle lopende werven en de interne werkvoorbereiding.
  • Je optimaliseert de werkprocessen tussen verkoop, productie en montage om een naadloze flow en maximale efficiëntie te garanderen.
  • Bij complexe technische vraagstukken of uitdagende dossiers fungeer je als back-up en sparringpartner voor jouw collega's.
  • Je bewaakt de algemene resourceplanning en zorgt voor een eerlijke verdeling van de werklast, rekening houdend met ieders specifieke expertise.
  • Het monitoren van de algemene projectbudgetten en marges behoort tot jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden, waarbij je rapporteert over de financiële voortgang aan de directie.
  • Je onderhoudt de contacten met de belangrijkste key-accounts en partners, waarbij je optreedt als ambassadeur van de organisatie tijdens kritieke projectfasen.

Profiel

Voor deze rol van hoofdprojectleider zoeken we een natuurlijke leider die stevig in zijn schoenen staat en de sector door en door kent.

  • Je beschikt over een master bouwkunde of hebt door jarenlange ervaring een vergelijkbaar strategisch denkniveau ontwikkeld.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de bouwsector is essentieel om de dynamiek van het team goed te kunnen sturen.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een verbinder die rust brengt in een hectische omgeving en altijd oog heeft voor procesverbetering.
