Hoofduitvoerder Jouw bijdrage Als Hoofduitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van grote en complexe utiliteitsprojecten (projectomvang ca. 10 - 20 mio.)) en manage jij de complete bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het personeel, onder- en nevenaannemers en bewaakt daarnaast de naleving van diverse projectplannen. Ook het afroepen van materiaal en input leveren voor prognosebesprekingen behoort tot je werkzaamheden. Kortom, jij bent de rechterhand van onze Projectleiders en zorgt ervoor dat het werk gerealiseerd wordt binnen gestelde eisen aan tijd, kosten, veiligheid en kwaliteit. Je bent ons visitekaartje op locatie. Jouw kennis & ervaring Je kan goed organiseren, planmatig en gestructureerd werken om grip te houden op jouw projecten en hierin het overzicht te behouden. Daarnaast kan je op een motiverende wijze (assistent) uitvoerders en bouwplaatsmedewerkers aansturen, signaleer je mogelijke behoeften bij de opdrachtgever en anticipeert hierop. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die zich (idealiter) herkent in het volgende: - je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig niveau verkregen door ervaring; - je hebt een VCA VOL diploma (of bent bereid deze te behalen); - je hebt BHV (of bent bereid tot het volgen van een BHV cursus); - minimaal 5 - 10 jaar ervaring in soortgelijke functie; - kennis van nieuwe bouwmethoden; - je bent communicatief sterk; - kennis van UAV (en UAV-GC projecten); - klantgerichtheid staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel; - veiligheid in de bouw is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je bent bekend met veiligheid voorschriften en richt...
