Als Hoofduitvoerder geef je leiding aan de uitvoering van grote, complex projecten en/of meerdere kleinere projecten. Je kunt meedenken met de organisatie en bent direct betrokken bij de voorbereidingsfase. Je bent voorzitter in bouwvergaderingen en een direct verlengstuk van de projectleider. Je hebt een sterk oog voor klantrelatie en bezit het vermogen om stakeholders en co makers binnen het project te managen. Als hoofduitvoerder zie jij jezelf terug in de onderstaande vaardigheden: - Begeleiden uitvoeringsteam en externe betrokken partijen - Ervaring met- en ambassadeur van LEAN bouwmethode - Uitdragen beleid in het kader van kwaliteit, veiligheid en gezondheid & welzijn - Bewaken van administratie tijdens projecten (en tijdig aanleveren) - Signaleren en handhaven meer- en minderwerk - Organiseren van materiaal en materieel - Naast het leiden van het project lever je een bijdrage in de voorbereiding van nieuwe projecten Wie je bent (of wil worden): Om voor deze Hoofduitvoerdersrol in aanmerking te komen voldoe je aan het volgende profiel: - Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau - Enkele jaren ervaring als Hoofduitvoerder - Eigen visie omtrent het nieuwe bouwen - Gedreven leider van het uitvoeringsteam - Je bent communicatief vaardig en weet mensen te overtuigen - Je bent Financieel sterk en resultaatgericht - Ervaring met BIM is een pré, de wil ermee te werken is een Must - Je zoekt continu naar verbetering (LEAN) van bedrijfsvoering en weet kansen te benutten - Je beschikt over gedegen kennis en ervaring op het gebied van bouwprocessen en methodieken - Je hebt een eigen visie over organiseren van een bouwplaats, werkmethoden, planning en inzet van mensen en middelen en je visie is toekomstgericht De hoofduitvoerder die ik zoek de...
