Daadkrachtig leider in complexe renovatieprojecten Zuid-Holland MBO/HBO Vast dienstverband Bouw Uitvoering 3013 Zuid-Holland MBO/HBO Vast dienstverband Bouw Uitvoering 3013 Wat je gaat doen Als Hoofduitvoerder / Uitvoerder Utilitaire Renovaties ben je verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van renovatie- en transformatieprojecten binnen de utiliteitsbouw met een omvang van €1 tot €10 miljoen. Je werkt aan technisch uitdagende projecten in operationele omgevingen, waar planning, logistiek en veiligheid cruciaal zijn. Je organiseert de efficiënte inzet van mensen en middelen, stelt haalbare planningen op en stuurt uitvoerders en onderaannemers aan om deze te realiseren. Daarbij bewaak je continu de voortgang, kwaliteit, kosten en veiligheid en zorg je met jouw leiderschap voor een professionele en resultaatgerichte bouwplaats. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het aansturen van uitvoerders, vaklieden en onderaannemers; - Het bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, budget en bouwveiligheid; - Het coördineren van logistiek in complexe binnenstedelijke of operationele omgevingen; - Het signaleren van knelpunten en het proactief bijsturen waar nodig; - Het rapporteren van de voortgang aan de projectleiding;- - Het optimaliseren van processen volgens Lean-principes. Wie we zoeken Om deze rol succesvol te vervullen, breng je het volgende mee: - Een MBO- of HBO-opleiding Bouwkunde; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder of hoofduitvoerder; - Ervaring met utilitaire renovatie- en transformatieprojecten; - Afiniteit met Lean-methodieken en procesoptimalisatie; - Sterke organisatorische en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
