Als Hoofduitvoerder Woningbouw Renovatie bij Heijmans Woningbouw BV Oost in Amersfoort ben jij de regisseur op de bouwplaats. Je geeft richting aan de uitvoering van uitdagende renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten in de Randstad en zorgt dat veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en resultaat samenkomen. Een van jouw eerste uitdagingen? De coördinatie van een grootschalige transformatie in Zoetermeer. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders. Jij houdt het overzicht over het geheel, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. De projecten waar je aan werkt zijn veelzijdig. Van het verduurzamen en energiezuinig maken van bestaande woningen tot grootschalige transformaties en renovaties in bewoonde staat. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen technisch en organisatorisch sterk moet zijn, maar ook goed moet kunnen omgaan met bewoners, opdrachtgevers en onverwachte situaties. Dit ga je doen: - Je stelt de LEAN-planning op, bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt actief bij. - Je coördineert de uitvoering en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiding. - Je onderhoudt contact met woningcorporaties, leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen. - Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en milieu op de bouwplaats. - Je stuurt op budgetten en maakt duidelijke afspraken met leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Je deelt kennis en ervaring met collega-uitvoerders en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van projec...
