Om deze ambitie iedere dag waar te maken zoeken wij een Horecamanager die het team inspireert, overzicht bewaart en samen met ons wil bouwen aan een van de meest bijzondere fine dining restaurants van Amsterdam. Jouw werkplek Nomad aan het IJ ligt op een unieke locatie aan het water in Amsterdam en biedt een intieme fine dining ervaring waar kwaliteit, warmte en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan. Ons restaurant ontvangt maximaal 42 gasten per avond. Daardoor kennen wij veel van onze gasten persoonlijk en kunnen wij iedere avond een service bieden waarin aandacht voor detail het verschil maakt. Ons team is klein, betrokken en ambitieus.
