Dan is deze functie als Horecamanager bij Driek & Mien in Budel misschien jouw volgende stap. Driek & Mien is de horecagelegenheid in onze winkel van Van Cranenbroek in Budel. Klanten komen hier tijdens het winkelen voor koffie, gebak, ontbijt en lunch. We werken met een zelfbedieningsconcept : geen klassiek restaurant met bediening aan tafel, maar een dynamische horecaomgeving waar snelheid, gastvrijheid, kwaliteit en teamwork centraal staan. Als Horecamanager zorg jij dat de dagelijkse operatie goed draait. Je geeft leiding aan het team, zorgt voor een goede planning, houdt overzicht tijdens drukke momenten en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer> Ook ben je bekend met HACCP en weet hoe je voedselveiligheid in de praktijk bewaakt. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het goed laten verlopen van de dagelijkse horeca-operatie bij Driek & Mien. Dat betekent dat je: - dagelijks leidinggeeft aan het horecateam; - zorgt voor een goede taakverdeling en personeelsbezetting; - medewerkers begeleidt, motiveert en aanspreekt waar nodig; - overzicht houdt tijdens drukke momenten; - zorgt dat gasten snel, vriendelijk en goed worden geholpen; - de personeelsplanning en dagelijkse werkzaamheden organiseert; - toeziet op HACCP, voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit ; - zorgt dat werkwijzen en afspraken rondom voedselveiligheid goed wor...
